Ordering instructions

Metagalax products can be ordered directly from the website, by e-mail, or by phone.

To purchase a product from the site, access the desired product, press the add to cart button and follow the steps to complete the order.

After placing the order, you will receive an email confirming the registration of the order on the site. If you did not receive this email within 10 minutes of placing your order, it means that your order has not been registered.

The confirmation message represents the registration of the order in the system, but not the obligation to honor it. The order will be processed and delivered according to available stocks and / or production capacities.

Product return:

We really want you to be satisfied. If, for one reason or another, you no longer want the product purchased from the Metagalax website, here's how:

According to O.G. 34/2014, the communication of the intention to return the products can be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, without any explanation. The notification will be made by an e-mail sent by you to office@metagalax.com, which must contain information about the returned product and the tax invoice number related to the placed order.

If the product is in perfect condition (you have decided that you will not like the color or the model) and you send it to us within 14 days from the communication of the return intention, you will receive back the value of the order. The costs of transporting the product from you to us are borne by you. The value of the product will be refunded within 14 days of notification of the return by e-mail, but not before the product reaches us.
